Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chadstone Football Club will take place on WEDNESDAY the 15th of October, 2013.

The meeting will be held at the our clubrooms, Jordan Reserve, Chadstone, commencing at 7:00 pm sharp.

This is a critical meeting for the future of the club…

A full attendance of members is essential to ensure that the Committee you elect is the best equipped to manage the affairs of our Club.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
(a) The presentation of the year’s reports and balance sheets.
(b) Election of Office bearer’s and Committee for the year.
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and General Committee shall be elected for a term of (1) one year.

Vacancies can be nominated for at the Annual General meeting.

In 2015, the club will be having their 50th year celebrations. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the committee as we celebrate our history
